Services & Rates:

All services are 50 minutes in length, unless otherwise scheduled in advance for an extended session.

• Individual therapy $200

• Relationship therapy $230

Payment:

​Nicole Hanhan, LCSW is an out-of-network provider, which means we are not paneled with insurance nor do we bill insurance directly. Payment is collected at the time of service. Being an out-of-network provider allows for more privacy, flexibility and control in our work together. Upon request, we are happy to provide you with an itemized invoice (Superbill) to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Prior to scheduling your session, we recommend calling your insurance to inquire about your out-of-network benefits, as this will vary by insurance.

We accept cash, check, HSA/FSA and all major credit cards as forms of payment. If you are paying out-of-pocket and not utilizing out-of-network benefits (or don’t have any), you have the right to request a Good Faith Estimate for Health Care Items and Services. Cancellation Policy:

You will be charged for the full cost of the session if you do not attend your appointment and do not provide us with at least 24 hours notice. There are no exceptions to this policy.
